The DPEX Worldwide carrier is already available in TrackShip. To use it in your store, please sync the shipping providers.
To sync the shipping provider details in your store, go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and on the top-right, click on the Sync Providers icon. Regarding Ecparcel, our team is currently working on adding support for this carrier.

This is the problem I found. Your current one naming DPEX singapore is a certain delay than the one I provide. The one's information I provide is more accurate.

We have updated the carrier name to DPEX Worldwide and corrected the tracking link. We also noticed that your store is not connected with TrackShip. Please connect your store with TrackShip to enable shipment tracking updates for DPEX Worldwide.
Regarding ECPARCEL, our team is currently working on adding support for this carrier. Once we have an update, we will notify you.
